Jason R. Binette is a workers’ compensation and personal injury attorney at Tippens & Zurosky, L.L.P.
Born in Rochester, New Hampshire, Mr. Binette received his B.S. in Business Administration and Economics from the University of New Hampshire in 2003. He was a member of the UNH Mock Trial Team and Division I UNH Track & Field team. Following his undergraduate studies, Mr. Binette completed law school at Florida Coastal School of Law in 2007. While in law school, Mr. Binette was a member of the Moot Court team. Mr. Binette was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2007.
Mr. Binette is admitted to practice in North Carolina state courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. He holds memberships in the American Bar Association, North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, Mecklenburg County Bar Association and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice.
Mr. Binette enjoys running, cooking, entertaining, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
Jonathan Gonzalez is originally from New York but moved to North Carolina by way of Virginia and California. He has lived in North Carolina for twenty years and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill both for undergraduate studies and law school. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 2008.
He is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and South Carolina and concentrates his practice on personal injury, workers’ compensation and wrongful death cases. He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the South Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association, the Mecklenburg County Bar, the American Bar Association, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, and the District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. Jonathan also is the 2011-2012 co-chair of the Political Action Committee for the Auto Torts section of the American Association for Justice.
